Using The GI for Home Workouts
Working out from home without equipment can be difficult, but not impossible. For many of us who practice and train in martial arts, you should already be well affiliated with the GI.
If you are not and do not know what a GI is, it is a thick and sturdy training outfit traditionally from and worn in Japanese Martial Arts or Arts with ties back to Japan.
Because the Gi is thick and sturdy, it is able to hold and carry a lot of weight. This means the Gi can be used for various rows, like resting a heavy bag in the coat and doing rows.
