Followed up yesterdays leg day with a weighted & pylo based workout today. Tomorrow core & stability. Just a few of the lovely action shots i got from rolling Stonerz BJJ V: Cops vs Stonerz! This event was so many things, contact @rollingstonerzbjj to get on the next card and we will see you there! OBRIGADO, família! A little leg work out, followed by some BJJ & striking drills as always, boat to write out the goals for this week! Big things coming soon, bet. Morning run got obstructed by trash cans again, so i did some cleaning for the town. This is your official warning I'll fling your trash back on your property, and tell both you and the cops off. 5 sidewalks in this entire town, most of which are already bad enough with out the obstacle course throwing off my pace. Dynamic stretching to start the morning, i find going through a circuit first thing after waking up to feel amazing. Getting blood flow going, warming up the muscles to tackle the day, and and most importantly keeping joints healthy. After a week of adding this to your daily practice, your going to find your morning that much more enjoyable feeling awake sooner and happier because everything isnt tight from the night before! Rolling Stonerz BJJ V Cops Vs Stonerz was a hit! Best event so far, sorry to anyone who missed this one! P.s. comment below if i missed a tag and your in the video! 📸 Our feed cut out but we're still here, attempting to get back on line rn! Morning well spent, off to get some coffee in my system now. Track workout felt great, i can't tell you how much improvement I've felt on my long runs after doing track drills. I've been trying to work in new equipment and techniques, since I'm not traditionally trained ea: college/HS track everything I've learned and done has been self taught but it has never deterred me. Infact I hold a 1:30:00 or for a half marathon & 4:30:00 for a full. Leg day is a go, got up late. started with 2 miles for my run, broke in to three sets of striking & BJJ drills, before working on my legs.
