Schenectady Group fitness Club

Schenectady group fitness club is a small private club, for practicing and competing weekend warriors. Whether your an experienced athlete or a beginner, all are welcome! We will help you to develop healthy habits, as well as help you develop the skills necessary to become an accomplished fitness freak.


We meet Saturday Mornings at 10 am outside the Schenectady Community College track, meets go for 1 -2 hours April – November With occasional winter meets. First meet will be the first weekend in March to discuss further meetings expectations and programming DEPENDING ON WEATHER. *Additional training maybe provided at additional cost.

group workouts will vary by week, suggestions welcome. Attendance is free for all, come at your own discretion and only work to your ability.
