I think everyone wishes there was a quick fix for every little problem, and while that would be really convenient. You would miss out on so many opportunities to feel self value, confidence, and pride. It's those little conveniences that take away from us but by bit, take pride in taking the time to build your craft, learning along the way, and appreciate the journey that life has to offer you.

Getting back in my old flow feels great, went through my basic warm ups, got some core work in, and topped everything with some drills and lite cardio!

I genuinely hope this isn't true, I honestly can't understand giving this women beater a minute of air time. It baffles me that people still defend him, even after hundreds of videos showing how he behaves, admissions he went to Romania because he could pay for the government, and the fact he's just a narcissist. Aside from running ponzy schemes, he hasn't made a cent of his fortune legitimately. And don't say his kickboxing career, he also admitted to gambling that away to try and make it "big". This is unfortunately more fuel for the Tate ego...
