Out here after yesterday's long run, another half tomorrow, and Saturday. Almost ready for @nycmarathon 11/5/23, this year I'm going in prepped no excuses I'm not holding anything back this time around, 4:30:00 marathon was b.s., putting out a 3 hr this time doubts pull up a chair.
