I'm sore, I'm tired, I'm chaffing, I smell, and I'm going to do it again later today after BJJ. Pure fuck you energy, less than a month and a week left!

Went for a half marathon to start my morning calves are on fire but not as fire as this run 😂 nah I'm actually really tired, still going to BJJ later! Let's do this!

Such an amazing opportunity, and I seen it just in time before they sold out the seminar. What a blessing, to be able to learn under one of Brazilian jiu jitsu's most infamous grapplers. The man who built an empire, and revolutionized BJJ for ever thee Eddie Bravo! Taking the concepts I've learned here today, and "drilling" them as soon as I get home! Truly honored to have been in attendance, and a huge thanks as always to the @10thplanetnyc fam for always being awesome hosts!

Did anyone else get any really good pics of the blue moon august 30th? I fell asleep but got lucky waking up at 5am and catching it during my run!.
