1. General Rule
Except where required by applicable federal law, all sales made through JMurrayAthletics.com are final, and JMurrayAthletics does not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or store credits for any products or services purchased.
By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these terms.
2. Defective Products (Required by Federal Law)
Pursuant to U.S. consumer protection regulations, JMurrayAthletics will refund or replace any physical product determined to be defective, provided that:
- The customer notifies JMurrayAthletics within 30 days of purchase;

Because digital and streamed products involve variable user equipment, internet conditions, and device compatibility, JMurrayAthletics cannot guarantee quality on all platforms and therefore does not classify these items as โdefectiveโ under federal warranty standards.
Discretionary Refunds (Non-Guaranteed)
In certain circumstances, JMurrayAthletics may voluntarily honor a refund request for digital or PPV content at the companyโs discretion. These discretionary refunds:
- Are not part of the formal Refund Policy;
- Are not guaranteed;
- Create no obligation for JMurrayAthletics to provide similar accommodations in the future.
3. Undelivered Products
If JMurrayAthletics is unable to provide a purchased product, the customer will be issued a full refund upon verification that the product was not delivered.
Claims for undelivered products must be submitted within 30 days of purchase.
4. Digital Products and Subscriptions
All sales of digital goods, including but not limited to videos, livestreams, photography downloads, membership access, and subscription services, are final and non-refundable.
Subscription cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No prorated refunds will be issued.
5. Custom and Personalized Items
Custom-made or personalized products are non-refundable and non-returnable unless defective under federal guidelines.
6. Perishable Goods
All sales of supplements and other perishable items are final.
7. Restocking Fees
As returns are not accepted except for defective products, JMurrayAthletics does not apply restocking fees.
8. Governing Law
