4.3 Subscriptions
Subscriptions (including the VIP Section) bill automatically until canceled.
Canceling a subscription ends future billing but does not generate refunds for unused time.
4.4 Access to Digital Goods
Access to digital items such as downloads, PPV livestreams, or exclusive content is provided only to the purchaser.
Sharing login or access is prohibited.
5. Refund Policy

5.2 Defective Products

Livestream quality may vary based on venue internet, lighting, or technical limitations.
JMurrayAthletics is not responsible for interruptions outside our control.
8.2 No Guarantee of Replay
Replay availability for PPV or livestreams is not guaranteed unless explicitly stated during purchase.
8.3 Unauthorized Recording
Screen recording, rebroadcasting, or redistributing PPV streams is strictly prohibited.
9. User Conduct
Users agree not to:
- Post harmful, illegal, or defamatory content
- Attempt to breach site security
- Harass employees, athletes, or community members
- Use the site for commercial purposes without permission
Violation may result in account termination.
10. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
JMurrayAthletics provides content “as is” without warranties of any kind.
