Festive Full-Body Burn
The festive full-body burn workout involves seven themed exercises— Snowflake Lunges, Present Planks, Sleigh Ride Sprints, Jingle Bell Jumps, Tinsel Twists, Candy Cane Crunches, and Mistletoe Mountain Climbers— that are performed for 45 seconds with a 15-second rest in between. Each exercise is inspired by holiday elements, keeping you active and filled with the holiday spirit. This workout routine begins with a warm-up, includes three circuits, and ends with a cool down.
