Nootropics are always a hard topic to cover as much of the research around them is subjective at best as for how much they actually work, which is why for this review I’m going to focus on solely my experience using this product.
The first time I tried this supplement was while driving 4 hours back to Albany from Boston, with a minor stop in Plymouth. The entire drive I felt focused and alert, especially when compared to my drive there from the same location.

A look at what some of the Ingredients do for you!
| Ingredient | Function |
|---|---|
| Vitamins B3, B6, B12 | Essential for energy production, nervous system function, and red blood cell formation. |
| Choline | Important for liver function, brain development, muscle movement, and supporting energy levels. |
| Caffeine anhydrous | Stimulant that enhances focus, alertness, and energy. |
| Methyliberine | Provides a sustained release of energy and can improve cognitive function. |
| Dicaffeine Malate | Combination of caffeine and malic acid, which can enhance energy and focus with less risk of stomach discomfort. |
| L-Tyrosine | Amino acid that supports neurotransmitter production, which can enhance mental alertness and attention. |
| Taurine | Plays a role in various physiological functions, such as cardiac function, development of the central nervous system, and antioxidation. |
| Choline L-Bitartrate | Supports cognitive function, particularly memory and overall brain health. |
| Alpha GPC | Precursor to the neurotransmitter acetylcholine, which is involved in memory and cognitive function. |
| Cogniz Citicoline | Supports brain health and cognitive function by providing the essential building blocks for the synthesis of phospholipids in the brain. |
| L-Theanine | Promotes relaxation without causing drowsiness, and may help reduce the perception of stress. |
| Huperzine | Supports memory, learning enhancement, and overall cognitive function. |

My next time trying it was back at work, and again I noticed an increase in focus and attentiveness. The nice thing was no caffeine drop towards the end of the shift, and I wonder how much of that comes from the added BCAA’s in the matrix which are essential for brain and cognitive functions.
