Supplement Review: Mr hydes’s Underwhelming signature Pre-Workout
I recently had the opportunity to try out Mr. Hyde signature Pre-workout that promised intense and sustained energy, focus, and pumps. After using it for a month, I must say that my experience was, unfortunately, underwhelming.
Looking at the ingredients for Mr. Hyde Signature Pre-workout
Despite the enticing description and impressive list of ingredients including Creatine, Beta Alanine, Nitrosigine Arginine Silicate, L-Citrulline, Caffeine, TeaCrine, and more, the performance of this product did not live up to expectations. While the flavor was pleasant and easy to consume, the promised effects did not manifest as anticipated.
The combination of Caffeine and TeaCrine was said to provide jitter-free sustained energy and drive throughout the workout. Additionally, the Beta Alanine was meant to help prolong training endurance, delay exercise-induced fatigue, increase power output and recovery rate, while the Creatine Monohydrate was expected to enhance muscle strength and power output. Furthermore, the inclusion of Nitrosigine was designed to optimize blood flow for improved muscle pumps and vascularity, nutrient delivery, and endurance. While some of these effects may have been present during our workouts, nothing noticeable had improved over not using anything in previous workouts.

Despite the promising chemical makeup, the actual performance of the product did not align with these expectations. It fell short in providing the anticipated energy, focus, and endurance, resulting in a lackluster workout experience.
while the product may have been ‘banned substance tested’, it failed to deliver the expected results. Based on my personal experience, I would rate this pre workout 3 out of 5. Furthermore, considering the underwhelming performance, I believe that there are better quality products available at a similar or even lower price point from other brands such as Blau or NinjaUp.
despite the attractive description and seemingly impressive array of ingredients, the performance of this pre workout product left much to be desired.
