What the Coronavirus Made us Forget

With everything going on with this Coronavirus I think there are some things we as people are forgetting…
Take some time to call your family members and check in with them, the virus has been known to make people pass out from coughing and it may be a good idea to check in once in a while on someone who you know struggles already. Besides, even if everything is alright, it’s important to take the time off from work to see how people are doing, maybe catch up with some one you miss. Appreciate some of this open time, especially if you are fortunate enough to be taken care of in these difficult times.
If your well, continue working out! The gyms may be closing but that’s not an excuse to skip on your training! I can’t tell you how many gyms have stepped up their online presence. Take advantage of these free programs and start working on those gains!
Again appreciate the time if you can. While I understand some may not enjoy this luxury, if you can, make sure to make the most of it. Maybe start something new or finish something you’ve been putting off, or take this time to reconnect with family. Try finishing that book you started, or that website you have always wanted to do.
Lastly, if you are able to help a friend who may be out of work or financially burdened, try to reach out, see if they need help. Check in with your neighbors and co-workers, these are hard times for everyone in different ways. It is important that we stick together, and do our part in keeping our communities healthy and strong!
