Warriors Cup 79 Brings Championship-Heavy Muay Thai Card to New York City

Warriors Cup returns to New York City on Friday, July 24, with Warriors Cup 79: IKUSA, a championship-heavy Muay Thai and kickboxing event scheduled for the Melrose Ballroom in Queens.
Promoted as the organization’s biggest card of 2026, Warriors Cup 79 features 20 scheduled bouts, including three WBC Muay Thai championship fights and seven WCMT title contests. Fighters from New York, Chicago, Kansas City, Colorado, Boston, Montreal and other regions will meet inside one of the most established Muay Thai venues in the Northeast.
The official ticket listing places the event at the Melrose Ballroom, located at 36-08 33rd Street in Queens. The page lists a 7 p.m. EDT start, although promotional copy also references 6 p.m., so ticket holders should plan to arrive early and confirm the time printed on their ticket. Tickets are listed from $65 to $150 through Three Pillar Promotions.
Eddie Farrell and Stavone Warren Headline at 160 Pounds
Eddie Farrell will meet Chicago’s Stavone Warren in the five-round professional main event for the vacant TWC catchweight championship.
Farrell brings experience from multiple striking disciplines, including a unanimous-decision victory over Raymond Daniels at Karate Combat 45 in April 2024. Warren’s listed professional Muay Thai résumé includes a third-round stoppage victory over Peter Stanonik in a championship bout.
The matchup gives the card a physical 160-pound headliner between two fighters accustomed to competing under championship pressure.
Walid Snoussi and Kendrick Latchman Run It Back
One of the most interesting fights on the card will see Walid Snoussi defend the TWC catchweight championship against Kendrick Latchman at 126 pounds.
This is a rematch from Warriors Cup 75, where Snoussi defeated Latchman by unanimous decision over five rounds to capture the vacant title. Snoussi has also competed at ONE Friday Fights inside Bangkok’s Lumpinee Stadium, giving him international experience ahead of his return to Queens.
Latchman responded to that defeat by stopping Brian Masache just 1:33 into the opening round at Warriors Cup 77. That victory puts him back into championship contention with momentum and an opportunity to correct the result of their first meeting.
Amy Duke Faces Canadian Champion Morgane Pouliot
New York’s Amy Duke will defend the TWC strawweight championship against Montreal’s Morgane “Tiny Tank” Pouliot in another five-round professional contest.
Duke is unbeaten across her four listed professional Muay Thai appearances. Her run includes victories over Regan Gowing, Anna Toole, Kate Clements and Mia Trevorrow, along with both WBC North American and Warriors Cup championship success.
Pouliot enters after winning both of her listed amateur contests, including the MTC Canadian National 118-pound championship in April. She now receives an immediate opportunity to test herself against one of the most accomplished women on the Warriors Cup roster.
Frantz Pierre Continues Championship Run
Frantz “Slim Reaper” Pierre will defend the TWC bantamweight championship against Colorado’s Dan Wilson at 135 pounds.
Pierre has developed one of the strongest records on the card, with a lengthy undefeated run that includes victories over Kendrick Latchman, Landon Jones, Jesus Ramirez, Benedito Chang, Orlando Ortega and Basil Tago. Several of those wins came by stoppage, while others came across five-round championship contests.
Wilson has also competed in multiple five-round Muay Thai fights and will travel from Boulder looking to end Pierre’s run in New York.

With ten championship fights, established titleholders, international competitors and several of New York’s most promising amateur fighters, Warriors Cup 79 offers considerably more than a single main event.
For combat-sports supporters in the New York City area, this is a card worth attending. For everyone else, the pay-per-view provides an opportunity to follow one of the Northeast’s deepest Muay Thai events of the year.
